My relationship with movement has evolved over time. I grew up in competitive sport, explored many training styles, from strength and endurance to Pilates, and studied both movement and nutrition along the way.
What I’ve learned is simple: there is no single “right” way to train. The most sustainable approach listens to your body and adapts as life changes. After years working in the health and wellness industry, I saw how often extremes are prioritized over longevity.
